Dr Jason Chetty
Dr Chetty is the practice principal with over 30 years experience in the medical field. Having worked as an Intensive Care Paramedic in South Africa, New Zealand, Victoria and Queensland before graduating with an MBBS, Dr Chetty is skilled in emergency medicine, anaesthesia and general practice.
He has worked in various hospitals in QLD, NSW, VIC, Tasmania and South Africa.
Dr Chetty is known for his compassion, his great bed-side manner, ability to effectively diagnose patients and to provide the requisite treatment plans, with an holistic approach to medicine.

Dr Sidd Sarmah
Dr Sidd Sarmah trained in general practice and emergency medicine in the UK going on to complete his membership from the Royal College of General Practitioners. He has also been heavily involved with teaching and training of medical students and registrars in the UK and Australia.
Dr Sidd has special interests in helping patients with Chronic Pain Management along with interests in skin cancer and musculoskeletal medicine in which he holds a professional certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery.
He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has been actively involved in developing and delivering quality medicine through his clinics.
Dr Sidd’s vision is to develop a model of general practice which is accessible by one and all and provides a world class service comparable to the best models of family medicine.
Dr Ameer Hamza
Dr Ameer, graduated from Calicut Medical College in India completing his post graduate studies in the United Kingdom.
He has worked in many specialities including Elderly Care, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Paediatrics & Gynaecology. Dr Ameer then moved to Emergency Medicine where he worked as a Specialist Registrar before moving to Family Medicine.
Dr Ameer is a member of Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) and a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He obtained his Diploma in Child Health and Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the UK.
With a special interest in Diabetes Management, Dr Ameer trained in diabetes and completed a Diploma in Diabetes from Cardiff University, UK.
Dr Ameer also has trained in Occupational Medicine from Monash University where he worked as a GP Trainer.
Dr Ameer, with his wife and fellow Principal Doctor, Dr Tanya Unni, founded Amtan Medical Centres in 2011 with the first of their 8 Medical Centres, Ormeau Family Practice.
Dr George Salib
Dr George Salib attained his Fellowship in General Practice in South Australia, where he worked for several years as a specialist GP before moving to the Gold Coast. While enjoying the beaches and hinterland that drew his family to the Gold Coast, Dr Salib has worked in a diverse range of General Practice settings in both Foxwell Medical in Coomera as the Principal GP and St. George on Mermaid Beach Medical Centre before joining the Cassia Medical team in Varsity lakes full time.
Prior to moving to Australia, he had worked as a specialist consultant in Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) surgery in Alexandria, Egypt, for more than 17 years.
Principal Doctor, Dr. Tanya, trained as a General Practitioner in the UK at one of the most prestigious institutions in London.
Dr. Tanya has vast experience in Cosmetic Medicine and is a Member of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Medicine.
A Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in the UK and a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Australia, her special interests are Dermatology, Cosmetic Medicine, Women’s Health, and Mental Health.
Dr Parul Agarwal
Originally from India, Dr Parul moved to the USA and completed secondary school and college there. She then attended Ross University in Dominica and completed her clinical training in different hospitals in the USA.
Dr Parul moved to Australia in 2006, and worked mainly in Mater Adults Emergency Department (ED) and Mater Mothers. She then moved onto Ipswich Hospital as ED Principal House Officer (PHO) she has done multiple roles as an ED doctor, GP and involved in case based learning and clinical coaching for Year 1 & 2 medical students at UQ. Now focusing mainly on GP and UQ students.
Dr Parul’s areas of Interest include Women’s Health, Antenatal care, Children’s Health, Minor Operations and Medicinal Cannabis. She is a competent GP in Sunnybank Hills who understands the duty of care that GPs have towards their patients and always seeks to maintain positive, respectful relationships.
Outside of medicine, Dr Paurl loves to meet people from different cultures and travel the world whilst making difference in others lives.
